Most strata council members are volunteers with full-time jobs and commitments, so it can be difficult to oversee a task as important and time-consuming as the warranty process. We take on all the responsibility by facilitating inspections, meetings, administration, and, most importantly, ensuring deadlines are met.
We have more than two decades’ experience in navigating the warranty process having recovered millions of dollars in repair work for our clients. At any given moment, we represent several properties in some stage of the warranty process, from simple reviews, to mediation, to legal action.
