Stephen Lam, Senior Strata Agent
Stephen entered the industry in the late ’90s and worked with one company for nearly 20 years. Currently holding all categories of real estate licenses, Stephen brings a wealth of experience to AWM Alliance as a seasoned manager who worked through multi-million dollar building envelope restoration projects during the “leaky condo” crisis. Prior to immigrating to Canada, Stephen was head of operations for a mutual fund company that had over US$100 million in assets under management; an experience that continues to benefit the asset management aspects of running a strata corporation.
