Michael was a Master Warrant Officer and Paratrooper in the Canadian Armed Forces for 23 years, on his retirement from military life he moved to take the helm of a family-owned business as the COO then as CEO. He brings unparalleled focus and precision to his role at AWM, much to the benefit of his clients and colleagues. An amateur bread baker, he thoroughly enjoys breaking down the scientific principals of baking as well as perfecting new recipes. Michael enjoys his time off with his family and friends aboard his Sailboat “4 Souls” cruising the Gulf Islands.
