We want to inform you about an upcoming transition in our banking services that will temporarily impact access to online payments. This transition is necessary due to the recent sale of HSBC Bank Canada.
During this transition period which is expected to begin on April 19, 2024, and conclude by May 1, 2024, there will be changes in access to online payments.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that we are working diligently to complete the required changes as quickly as possible to our new bank BMO.
Please note the following important dates:
- April 19, 2024, at 2:00 PM:
Owners will not be able to pay on OneLink by ACH/EFT and PayPal – OneLink payment is temporarily disabled.
- May 1, 2024, at 9:00 AM:
Owners will be able to pay on OneLink by ACH/EFT, but NOT PayPal* – OneLink payment is re-enabled but not PayPal.
