ETHAN SAMUEL
Ethan is a licensed Strata Management Agent with roots in both the UK and North Vancouver. Growing up in North Vancouver, he completed his education locally, immersing himself in the unique beauty and outdoor lifestyle that British Columbia has to offer. His career in property management began in 2020 at AWM, where he gained firsthand industry experience and honed his skills. After a brief return to the UK to spend time with family, Ethan found himself missing BC’s vibrant lifestyle. He returned in early 2024, ready to pursue his passion as a licensed Strata Agent. Outside of work, Ethan is an avid runner who enjoys pushing himself by setting ambitious goals, including training for, and competing in marathons.
