Charlie joined AWM in 2015. Originally from Shanghai, China, he came to Vancouver following a 10-year career as a news reporter, which has greatly contributed to his straight-to-the-point management style and his passion for people and their divergent points of view. A consummate planner, Charlie believes forging long-term relationships is the best way to anticipate issues and offer superior service. In his off hours, he’s a dedicated referee for the Lower Mainland’s soccer community.
